摘要: We have recently introduced a novel algorithm in which Maxwell equations, discretized by the transmission line matrix method, are coupled to Schrodinger equation and simultaneously solved. The goal of this study is develop method that accounts for deterministic electromagnetic field dynamics together with quantum coherent transport nanoscale environment. present exact boundary conditions rigorously model absorption injection charge at terminal planes. As nontrivial application above concept, we show wavepacket from source drain electrodes carbon nanotube transistor then compare computed characteristics experimental ones reported literature.
