摘要: In graphene, the two-dimensional electrons and holes are described by Dirac equation with a vanishing effective mass. As consequence, under particular operative conditions, electromagnetic response of graphene can be strongly nonlinear. We recently developed method that accounts for deterministic field dynamics together quantum coherent transport in nanoscale environment. analyze system to harmonic plane wave observe frequency multiplication effect, resulting from nonlinearity response.
