摘要: Plasma membrane-derived vesicles (PMVs) are released into circulation in response to normal and stress/pathogenic conditions. They of tremendous significance for the prediction, diagnosis, observation therapeutic success many diseases. Knowledge their molecular characteristics therefore functional properties would contribute a better understanding pathological mechanisms leading various diseases which levels raised. The review aims at outlining discussing PMVs order bring fore some aspects/characteristics that will assist scientific community properly understand role physiological processes. covers characterisation discusses how distinct they from exosomes endosomes. Also, methods analysis, importance proper PMV level estimation/characterisation, constituents as well discussed. concludes by drawing attention further study functions discussed lead general both health disease states.
