摘要: The inclusion of requirements for independent determination arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead, the current sample preparation techniques into State Pharmacopoeia Russian Federation (Ph. Rus.) requires revision existing limits elemental toxicants in herbal substances medicinal products produced from them. aim study was to analyse data on toxicant content obtained during quality control (herbs, herb mixtures, extracts, tinctures) using test methods techniques, compare results with foreign scientific specialist literature. Materials : internal critical heavy metals arsenic different dosage forms products, which were by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after decomposition closed vessels, compared literature data. Results: it demonstrated that mercury all samples did not exceed Ph. Rus. consistent analysed some higher than established limits, but complied less stringent Eur. USP substances. authors investigated link between place collection part plant being tested. It shown types plants had a tendency accumulate particular elements. determined elements be controlled extracts tinctures. differences may attributed method obtaining experimental form basis setting limits. Conclusions: confirm validity products. need revise
