摘要: Intratumoral regions of low extracellular pH and nutrition are common features solid tumors. Although cancer cells normally die when they removed from their environment, a small population survive. In the present study, subline LNCaP-F10, prostate cell line LNCaP, was isolated its pH/low nutrient-resistant properties were examined. LNCaP-F10 grown under low-pH/low-nutrient conditions, which caused death LNCaP cells.
