摘要: 3D and 4D modeling tools have been available in the marketplace for some time. The past few years has seen a growing interest from design construction community to adopt these tools. As many project teams are realizing, implementing on an actual is complicated process that requires coordinated effort. No guidelines currently exist using multi-disciplinary multi-organizational environment forced figure this out their own real time as progresses. This paper addresses shortcoming by providing describe how overcome technical, procedural organizational issues confronted they undertake new way of working. Specifically, describes different approaches assembling team leverage technologies, requirements projects, processes, benefits shortcomings effect technologies project's outcome, lessons learned. intended industry professionals interested pursuing type innovative delivery. will also be researchers it illustrates limitations emerging
