摘要: A performance improvement initiative was undertaken to establish treatment guidelines for the management of infusion-related hypersensitivity reactions (iHSRs) secondary administration chemotherapy/biologic therapy and develop an efficient process ensure application these standards in care patients at increased risk experiencing iHSRs. The project yielded a standardized approach that ensures evidence-based standard managing reactions. In addition, effort resulted improvements reporting this type adverse drug reaction (ADR) institutional ADR program.
