摘要: Most educational software available to children is designed for a single user and this, coupled with shortage of computers in schools, means that pairs or groups often share an inappropriate interface. Previous research has found this can be detrimental the process collaboration. We describe novel interface, Separate Control Shared Space (SCOSS), present two studies explore its potential as tool resource collaborative interactions. illustrate how it used allow equitable control at both input task levels, visually represents agreement disagreement which mediate collaboration about final, agreed-upon, solution. conclude by recognising SCOSS interface providing data each user's into learner model, then additional mediating process.
