摘要: Growth hormone (GH) has profound effects, not only on longitudinal bone growth, but also body composition via its anabolic, lipolytic and anti-natriuretic actions. With the availability of new techniques there been an increased interest in assessment various disorders including GH diseases. This paper will shortly describe different methods for determining composition, changes occurring secondary to treatment deficient patients.
