摘要: Abstract Photophysical properties and the ultrafast excited state torsional dynamics of an amyloid fibril sensing dye, Thioflavin-T, have been investigated in Triton X-100 reverse micelle as a function water content. This study has undertaken to comprehend effect interfacial charge on Thioflavin-T nanoconfined micellar system. The emission intensity fluorescence lifetime increases considerably nonionic system compared bulk indicating strong confinement photophysical behavior probe. parameters is found be almost invariant with increasing content, which sharp contrast its ionic micelles (Journal Physical Chemistry 113 (2009) 8532, Chemical Communication 47 (2011) 6912). rationalized basis differences localization sites probe micelles. triethyleneglycol monomethyl ether, mimic interior micelle, at different content also confirms site micelle. Present result combination that reported suggest reaction pools are strongly influenced by charge, fact control location systems.
