摘要: For a long time, natural killer (NK) cells were thought to be the only innate immune lymphoid population capable of responding invading pathogens under influence changing environmental cues. In last few years, an increasing amount evidence has shown that number different cell (ILC) populations found at mucosal sites rapidly respond locally produced cytokines in order establish or maintain homeostasis. These ILC closely mirror phenotype adaptive T helper subsets their repertoire secreted soluble factors. Early response, ILCs are responsible for setting stage mount response is appropriate incoming insult. Here, we review diversity and discuss similarities differences between NK function key transcriptional factors required development.
