摘要: NK cells and dendritic (DC) are innate cellular components that regulate adaptive immune responses in the surveillance of cancer infections. Interactions DC bidirectional. In this mini review, we summarized how immature editing maturation, NK-cell functions reciprocally NK–DC crosstalk, importance crosstalk antitumor immunity. Enhancing by factor(s), antibodies or creating a microenvironment promote activations, maturation will provide new insights into future development DC-based immunotherapy.
