摘要: Abstract It has been found that the current through a Schottky barrier formed at interface between palladium film and n-type titanium oxide (TiO 2 ) single crystal is sensitive to hydrogen or other reducing gases in ambient. This effect explained by taking account of diminished height Pd TiO caused action gases, changing work function metal. The change estimated from result confirmed direct measurements metal surface potentials use vibrating capacitor method. Similar electrical properties have studied for junctions with Pt, Au, Ni, Al, Cu, Mg Zn, ZnO, CdS, GaP Si w ith Pd.
