摘要: Many bacterial species are responsible for sporadic cases and outbreaks of foodborne intoxication infection. The diseases classified on the basis pathogenetic mechanisms involved into four categories: performed toxin, enterotoxin formed in colonized small intestine, mucosal invasion (enterocolitis) with bacteremia. Invasive toxigenic strains enteropathogenic Escherichia coli discussed. In vivo test systems identification enterotoxigenic organisms tissue culture assays heat-labile E. described. Current laboratory methods diagnosis major public health interest reviewed - botulism, staphylococcal intoxication, Clostridium perfringens enteritis, salmonellosis, infection, Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection Bacillus cereus enteritis. role epidemiologic surveillance investigation is emphasized.
