Intensive respiratory care elimination from gastrointestinal tract remain most important aspects therapy. The efficacy antitoxin is unclear, rate untoward reactions its administration appears be about 20%. Education home canner enforcement federal regulations established canning low-acid foods by food industry are vital prevention control ( JAMA 229:1305-1308, 1974)
