摘要: Abstract Nitrite-induced methemoglobin concentrations were lower in channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) fed a diet containing 7,720–7,950 mg ascorbic acid/kg than fish 63 acid/kg. The levels evident after the higher acid for 1 week. Fish exposed to 2.5–5.0 nitrite-N/L 22 h. Ascorbic exhibited protective effect if 48 h or less before blood was sampled, but no last 65 sampling.
