Phenomenological description of the stability of binary alloys under irradiation

摘要: We have presented a phenomenological description of the instability three-component alloy under irradiation. took into account effect radiation-induced mixing, recombination interstitial atoms and vacancies, as well sinks point defects. shown that irradiation-induced redistribution impurities is described by system two differential equations governing interdiffusion but with renormalized coefficients. Instability appears when at least one eigenvalue matrix diffusion coefficients negative.
