摘要: In the presence of ATP, significant uptake 45Ca++ was observed in two subcellular components rat brain (synaptic vesicles and synaptic plasma membranes). The addition morphine vitro to incubation medium decreased uptake. Chronic treatment with markedly increased membranes as compared those from naive animals, highest occurring vesicles.
