摘要: Signal transducer and activator of transcription (Stat) 5a is a factor mediating the action specific cytokines, growth factors hormones on gene expression. In mammary gland, Stat5a well recognized for its function in prolactin signaling, lobuloalveolar development, milk protein expression during pregnancy lactation. Latent cytoplasmic activated by tyrosine phosphorylation following dimerization undergoes nuclear import. current study, was examined immunohistochemically carcinomas induced chemical carcinogens 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene 2-amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine. A high percentage showed labeling [44 68 (65%)] with index ranging from 18 to 77%. contrast, control normal gland tissue displayed cytosolic Carcinomas different staining patterns (cytoplasmic or nuclear) statistical difference proliferating cell antigen (PCNA) labeling, tumor differentiation, grade, mitotic activity, size. High closely correlated higher-grade carcinomas. also detected intraductal proliferations (10 21 lesions) ductal situ (13 15 lesions). Immunohistochemical analysis further carried out human breast cancers. lobular DCIS at frequency 48% (15/31), 33% (2/6), 40% (2/5), respectively. Nuclear cancers PCNA index. The findings implicate cancer development rat human.
