摘要: Summary The first part of this lecture is devoted to some aspects the study concerning relationship between chemical structure and biological activity lysozymes: role N -terminal sequences tryptophan (modification by ozonization), histidine cystine (heat stability) residues. In second are summarized recent results obtained in studies goose duck egg-white lysozymes human (normal from patients suffering leukemia); (53 amino acids) two reported. Some observations on mechanism action can be found conclusion (substrates, reaction velocity, specificity, transglycosylation reactions, behaviour presence inhibitors).
