摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the changes proliferation, apoptosis, homeostasis, and differentiation human adipose-derived stem cells (hASCs) in simulated diabetic microenvironment discuss potential mesenchymal cell treatment chronic wound. We with glycation end products (AGEs) vitro studied hASCs proliferation apoptosis. found that AGEs inhibited lead endothelial directed also inhibited. upregulated growth-related oncogene monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 downregulated urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor, which may inhibit transference cells. affects homeostasis hASCs, migration, synthesis collagen protein, leading delayed wound healing.
