摘要: Abstract A number of reporter molecules the structure R-(CH2)n-N+(CH3)2(CH2)mN+(CH3)3·2Br−, where R is a chromophore absorbing in 300–500 mp region, have been synthesized. The effect DNA and RNA on absorption, induced circular dichroism, proton magnetic resonance spectra reported. red shift hypochromic absorption bound observed. In all cases an “unsymmetrical” 4-nitroaniline chromophore, it found that induce opposite CD band molecules. These results together with PMR studies are interpreted terms nucleic acid systems solutions.
