摘要: Background: Resection of pulmonary or hepatic colorectal metastases is associated with a 5-year survival rate 25–40 per cent. This report analyses outcome following sequential resection to both organs. Methods: Seventeen patients histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma and liver lung were identified from prospective database. Results: The median interval between the primary tumour first metastasis was 21 (range 0–64) months. The subsequent 18 1–74) No patient died in postoperative period there two perioperative complications. overall 17 70 cent at 2 years second organ, but disease-free only 24 cent.
