摘要: Die Moglichkeiten zur Behandlung des fortgeschrittenen rektalen Karzinoms sind in den letzten Jahren spurbar gewachsen. folgende Ubersicht stellt die aktuellen Therapiemodalitaten der palliativen Situation zusammenfassend dar. Fokussiert wird dabei auf chemotherapeutischen Optionen mit Irinotecan, Oxaliplatin und Fluoropyrimidinen sowie Stellenwert sog. Targeted-Therapie. Hierbei finden besondere Berucksichtigung Inhibitor epidermalen Wachstumsfaktor-Rezeptors (EGFR) Cetuximab Prozesse Angiogenese eingreifende Antikorper Bevacizumab. Des Weiteren werden primaren sekundaren Metastasektomie im Gesamtkonzept Bedeutung Strahlentherapie Tumors diskutiert.
