摘要: Purpose Cervical cancer is a common cancerous tumor in women that prone to recurrence and metastasis. Recently, many people have explored the role of protocadherin 7 (PCDH7) found PCDH7 abnormally expressed cancers. The purpose this study explore expression mechanism cervical evaluate its clinical prognostic significance. Materials Methods cells was measured by qRT-PCR. relationship between prognosis calculated using Kaplan-Meier method Cox regression analyses. Effects on cell proliferation, migration, invasion were studied MTT assay transwell assays. Results tissues lines notably downregulated compared with corresponding control.
