摘要: Purpose Cervical cancer is a common cancerous tumor in women that prone to recurrence and metastasis. Recently, many people have explored the role of protocadherin 7 (PCDH7) found PCDH7 abnormally expressed cancers. The purpose this study explore expression mechanism cervical evaluate its clinical prognostic significance. Materials Methods cells was measured by qRT-PCR. relationship between prognosis calculated using Kaplan-Meier method Cox regression analyses. Effects on cell proliferation, migration, invasion were studied MTT assay transwell assays. Results tissues lines notably downregulated compared with corresponding control. Low associated low survival rate. correlated lymph node metastasis, differentiation, FIGO staging. can be used as an independent factor for cancer. Up-regulation significantly inhibited proliferation ability, migration potential, capacity cells. Conclusion may biomarker patients.
