摘要: ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to investigate the effects inorganic cations (Na+, Ca2+, and Al3+) with different valences concentrations on stability Na-montmorillonite (Na-MMT) suspension. The studied by turbidity zeta potential measurements adsorption thermodynamics. results showed that Na-MMT particles coagulated at pH 3–4.8, which much inhibited higher concentration valence. This caused reduction electrostatic repulsion. Adsorption Ca2+ surface fits Freundlich curve model well. Furthermore, reduced then energy barrier between well obeyed classic DLVO theory.
