摘要: C6 glioma cells and B104 neuroblastoma both possess adenylate cyclase activity, but only have beta-adrenergic receptors. However, when cocultured with cells, show a marked decrease in their ability to accumulate adenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate upon stimulation beta receptor agonists. Since receptors cholera toxin-stimulated activities are present C6/B104 cocultures, we conclude that the receptor/adenylate transduction mechanism is uncoupled.
