摘要: Many aspects of the protein C anticoagulant pathway are very unusual. Although system functions as an anticoagulant, two necessary components, proteins and S, depend on vitamin K for their biosynthesis.15,20,22,24,67,76,80 Thus, oral anticoagulants not only inhibit coagulation pathways, but also pathway. This has been associated with a rare complication therapy, coumarin-induced skin necrosis, in which necrotic area is characterized by fibrin deposition microvasculature. In several patients examined retrospectively, low levels have observed probably contributed to coagulopathy.8,61,73
