摘要: This study examines the impacts of a medical information system (MIS) upon select work related attitudes and reported role behavior randomly selected group hospital employees. Measures attitude toward MIS, job satisfaction, tensions, reports activities were administered at three points before after implementation system. Results analyses trends that observed suggest over time employee became less favorable, levels satisfaction increased, system’s introduction affected several categories activity.
