摘要: Abstract Implementation research has identified a wide variety of factors, such as individual differences, implementation practices, and system usage, that influence the success or failure information systems. The present proposes that, especially in health care organizations, both occupational departmental social worlds are additional, important predictors reactions to medical Quantitative qualitative methods were used investigate two-year process implementing computerized records one organization. Results support importance worlds, well some traditional influences (but not differences cognitive style, prior computer experience, age) understanding attitudes toward system. study also highlights current issues their implications for planners managers. adds our complexity technological innovations, membership influencing those attitudes.
