摘要: Abstract This study was designed to investigate the relative importance of social information cues and individual traits in predicting acceptance effective use a hospital medical system. Respondents were nurses similar units who performed same MIS tasks but exposed different regarding MIS. Social defined as respondents' perceptions attitudes workplace friends, co-workers, managers toward Individual included cognitive style age. Results showed be highly predictive respondent attitudes.
