摘要: Wnt signaling is important in organogenesis, and aberrant mature cells associated with tumorigenesis. Several members of the family molecules are expressed developing pituitary gland. Wnt5a neuroectoderm that induces gland development has been proposed to influence cell specification. We discovered mice deficient display abnormal morphology dorsal part pituitary. The expression downstream effectors canonical pathway not altered, genes other pathways such as Shh, Fgf8, Fgf10 Fgfr2b intact. Prop1 Hesx1 also for normal shape primordium, but their unaltered mutants. Specification hormone-producing types anterior occurs appropriately. This study suggests primary role establishment
