摘要: Wnt signaling is important in organogenesis, and aberrant mature cells associated with tumorigenesis. Several members of the family molecules are expressed developing pituitary gland. Wnt5a neuroectoderm that induces gland development has been proposed to influence cell specification. We discovered mice deficient display abnormal morphology dorsal part pituitary. The expression downstream effectors canonical pathway not altered, genes other pathways such as Shh, Fgf8, Fgf10 Fgfr2b intact.
