摘要: Abstract The sensitivity and specificity of ventricular fibrillation (VF) detection in three semi-automatic defibrillators (Laerdal Heartstart 3000, Spacelabs First Medic 610, Physco-Control Lifepak 300) two advisory (S&W DMS940, Marquette Responder 1500) were assessed with 25 ECG recordings, each length 40 s. Of the 12 contained VF requiring defibrillation, a tachyarrhythmia waveform similar to but which self-terminated, 10 selected from abnormal rhythms artefacts some features VF. Sensitivity was data. Specificity both rhythm preceding or tachyarrythmias, VF-like response changing self-terminating tachyarrhythmias. Each recording replayed at signal amplitudes (normal, half double). For defibrillator, requests check patient advice shock noted separately. for recommending when required varied 81 97%. drawing attention VF, either through requesting be checked advising shock, 92% 100%. There no false detections tachyarrhythmias (specificity good quality signals 100%). data ranged 63 90% 63% 70% shocked. difference between detection, there significant (P
