摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have recently emerged as key posttranscriptional regulators of gene expression in multicellular eukaryotes. It is increasingly clear that miRNAs both viral and cellular origin can positively or negatively influence replication. Viral directly alter host physiology, including components the immune system, virus life cycle. Here, we discuss what known about how replication pathogenic potential through their regulation mRNAs by reshaping expression.
