摘要: Endotoxemia was evoked by bolus injection of Escherichia coli endotoxin (2 ng/kg body weight) in six healthy subjects to investigate the early kinetics cytokine release relation development clinical and hematologic abnormalities frequently seen gram-negative septicemia.
