摘要: Abstract : The primary long-term objective of this research is to identify HDAC inhibitor (HDACi) regulated microRNAs which regulate the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Thus far we have assessed microRNA expression profiles two TNBC cell lines following treatment with HDACi identifying a number up- and down-regulated microRNAs. overall profile after was indicative less aggressive phenotype. Treatment also resulted increased E-cadherin as well decreased migration indicating reversal EMT These results, along our ongoing research, suggest ability reverse phenotype, associated metastatic disease, support future evaluation therapeutic options for clinical TNBC.
