摘要: The purposes of this study was to test a mechanism reduce the knee adduction moment by testing hypothesis that increased medio-lateral trunk sway can during ambulation in healthy subjects, and examine possibility increasing produce similar potentially adverse secondary gait changes previously associated with reduced moments patients osteoarthritis. Nineteen adults performed walking trials normal at self-selected speed. Standard analysis used calculate three-dimensional lower extremity joint kinematics kinetics. Knee hip were (-65.0% -57.1%, respectively) for than trials. flexion angle heel-strike 3 degrees higher abduction trials, none other variables differed between two conditions. Walking substantially reduces subjects without some effects such as axial loading rates major joints extremity. This result supports potential using retraining treatment degenerative disease medial compartment
