摘要: Na(+)/H(+) antiporters are ubiquitous membrane proteins that involved in homeostasis of H(+) and Na(+) throughout the biological kingdom. Corroborating their role pH homeostasis, many antiporter regulated directly by pH. The regulation NhaA, Escherichia coli (EcNhaA), as other, both eukaryotic prokaryotic antiporters, involves a sensor conformational changes different parts protein transduce signal into change activity.
