摘要: Chordoma is a rare malignant tumour of bone showing notochordal differentiation with characteristic expression the transcription factor brachyury (T). Next to giving insight into its spectrum, T can be used as an adjunct diagnostic tool. The in chordoma necessary maintain cell proliferation lines, indicating that it might master regulator oncogenesis. Identification and mapping full gene regulatory network recent work Journal Pathology by Nelson colleagues not only shed light on involved pathways but also indicated for targeted therapy, including itself.
