摘要: Background—It is unclear whether levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) or apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) remain inversely associated with cardiovascular risk among patients who achieve very low low-density on statin therapy. It also unknown a rise in HDL-C apoA-I after initiation therapy reduced risk. Methods and Results—We performed meta-analysis 8 trials which lipids apolipoproteins were determined all study participants at baseline 1-year follow-up. Individual patient data obtained for 38 153 trial allocated to , whom 5387 suffered major event. events (adjusted hazard ratio [HR], 0.83; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.81–0.86 per 1 standard deviation increment), as (HR, 0.79; CI, 0.72–0.82). This association was observed achieving on-statin <50 mg/dL. An increase not 0.98; 0.94–1.01 whereas 0.93; 0.90–0.97). Conclusions—Among treated therapy, strongly risk, even those cholesterol. events, this the case. These findings suggest that therapies concentration require further exploration regard reduction.
