摘要: Abstract Laboratory bioassays were carried out with DEBBM, a new enhanced diatomaceous earth (DE) formulation that contains the plant extract bitterbarkomycin, against adults of Rhyzopertha dominica (F.). Three series tests conducted. In first, R. exposed on wheat treated DEBBM at three dose rates, 50, 100 and 150 ppm, mortality was measured after 7 14 days exposure, temperatures (20, 25 30°C) 65% R.H. Mortality increased increasing temperature; ≥25°C, exceeded 98% even 50 ppm. second tests, same doses assessed 25°C two levels (55 75%). this case, relative humidity did not seriously affect insecticidal effect tested. All dead exposure 55% ≥100 ppm. third test series, 50 150 ppm added to wheat, barley, maize rice, in order evalu...
