Predicting job stress: a specific case of a female golf caddy in South Korea.

摘要: OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to identify job stress level and elucidate the factors associated with among female golf caddies as a specific group in South Korea. PARTICIPANTS: sample included 228 from 9 resorts descriptive cross-sectional study. METHODS: Descriptive analysis hierarchical regression were conducted examine significant correlations between variables. RESULTS: model for explained 26.8% variance those low monthly income (β = �0.151, p 0.021), an irregular diet 0.165, 0.014), high daily work hours 0.380, 0.000), showing that these respondents more likely report levels. CONCLUSIONS: findings underscore urgent need improve levels related caddies. Future intervention programs case should focus on improving coping strategies.
