摘要: 【Objective : To estimate the magnitude of psychosocial distress and examine eligible factors associated with development in Korean employees, using a nationwide sample. Methods A total 6,977 workers were recruited from 245 companies. structured questionnaire was used to assess sociodemographics, health-related behaviors, job characteristics, social support at work, personality traits (locus control, type behavior pattern), self-esteem, distress. Results The results showed that 23 % categorized as high stress, 73% moderate, 5% normal. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis more common younger workers, both male female. Regular exercise negatively increase In expected, low decision latitude, insecurity, work related Personality such locus control pattern, self-esteem powerful predictors than general behavior, characteristics. There some gender differences. While men who are less educated single (unmarried, divorced, separated) experienced higher levels those married, women feel demand demand. Conclusions proportion stress group like characteristics (e. g. pattern self-esteem) significant for other variables. This finding suggests factors, especially inadequate support, lack internal distress, will also operate an intervention strategy worksite reduction program.
