摘要: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing health related quality life with hypertension patients. Methods: subjects were 409 hypertensive Data collected from March 1st April 30th, 2008. A questionnaire consisting exercise barrier, Psychosocial Wellbeing Index (PWI), EuroQol 5D (EQ5D) given. data analyzed SPSS program which used for descriptive statistics, univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: There a significant relationship between barrier (t=3.57, p=.000), psychosocial wellbeing (F=29.96, p=.000) life. According result multiple regression, identified an (F=7.09, (F=21.5, p= .000) Conclusion: Hypertension patients experienced distress led negative effect on Therefore it is needed encourage motivation lasting compliance relieving better promotion high
