摘要: Expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9, tissue inhibitor metalloproteinases (TIMP)-1, and TIMP-2 was studied in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Activity MMP-2 MMP-9 by gelatin zymography expression MMP-2, TIMP-1, mRNAs were examined 11 cell lines which included six small-cell (SCLC) lines. Localization immunohistochemistry 43 resected NSCLC (22 adenocarcinomas, 17 squamous carcinomas, 4 large carcinomas) using specific anti-human monoclonal antibodies. mRNA detected 5 (100%), 1 (20%), TIMP-1 (80%), (100%) examined. gelatinolytic activity also all five lines, whereas only one line. In patients, immunoreactivity demonstrated 19 (44%), 9 (21%), 15 (35%), 29 (67%) excised tumors, respectively. All stromal fibroblasts tumor samples stained positive for MMP-2. There a correlation between disease stage (42% I versus 88% stages II, III, IV) (p = 0.0024). Both frequently expressed TIMP-2; particular highly malignant cells surrounding fibroblasts. These findings suggest that plays more important role invasion than may have clinical relevance NSCLC.
