摘要: Aim: To investigate the association of gene expression MMP-2 and -9, TIMP-1, -2, -3, -4 polymorphism frequencies MMP-9 C1562T plasma enzyme activity in lung cancer patients. Methods: In this study, DNA RNA samples were extracted from peripheral blood 300 subjects (200 patients 100 controls). was determined using restriction fragment length (RFLP) method, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Plasma levels measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Conclusion: The genotypes found to be CC 67%, CT 30%, TT 3% control group 75%, 24%, 1% patient group.
