摘要: Immunotoxicology is defined as the study of toxic effects chemicals on immune system. The concern about undesirable system or a mediator systemic responses relatively new; much advances have followed understanding molecular events involved in mechanisms and discoveries biology. In public health, interest immunotoxicity increased after awareness unwanted environmental chemicals, including air water pollutants, food additives, contaminants. Even at present, there limited information harmful domestic animals; derived from experimental studies laboratory models restricted to poultry fish. Available role manifestation toxicity by various inadequate. Immune suppression sufficiently important toxicology more relating dose effect need be conducted. Immunosuppressive potentials are little importance if occur only with exposure levels that equal exceed those directly affect other systems.
