摘要: Abstract The disappearance of the ‘traditional’ meal was explored, comparing Flemish time budget data for 1988 and 1999. In 1988, 463 respondents between 21 40 years old kept a diary three consecutive days. 1999, 599 followed same procedure full week. Respondents registered all their activities, including timing, duration, location other parties to interaction. also completed questionnaire. Questionnaire from 1999 surveys were merged into single, combined database. Separate analyses undertaken weekdays, Saturdays Sundays. Data compared, bearing in mind temporal, social spatial features meal. results indicate that are not eating indiscriminately, terms time, place or company others. There no sign shift towards disorganisation these terms. All all, practices show high level structure organisation
