摘要: This study investigated the prevalence of white spot disease (WSD) in an intensive shrimp culture area located Chanthaburi province, Thailand, during 20092014. Retrospective data 1952 WSD cases obtained from government laboratories were analyzed to asso- ciation between occurrence and climate factors using negative binomial regression (NBR) models. Climate included daily atmospheric temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, total amount rainfall rain days notifications. The annual was significantly higher 2009 2011 than 2012 2014. Interestingly, monthly unchanged those time periods. A high number found October February, while fewer reported March June, lowest numbers May. multivariate NBR model indicated significant associations increased with decreased tempera- ture variation temperature. incident rate ratio (IRR) observed when average temperature ranged 24.5 27.2°C (IRR: 2.53, 95% CI: 1.723.75) there 1.08, 0.991.20). series analysis concluded that low ambient promoting for occurrence.
