摘要: Abstract Tetrachloroethylene is included on the List of Priority Substances to be assessed under Canadian Environmental Protection Act. Available data human exposure in Canada and potential health effects resulting from this substance environment were critically evaluated. Based upon available incidence mechanisms tumour induction laboratory animals, tetrachloroethylene may considered “unlikely carcinogenic humans”. The estimated average daily intakes by general population are approximately 13‐ 28‐fold less than tolerable intake, derived basis hepatic inhalation studies which takes into account limited evidence carcinogenicity.
